Have you ever notice, if you knew where to look, you will find a lot of tools for free? It is really fun to surf the net and suddenly find a link with all kinds of cool tools that makes your life easier.  Months ago, I found a site with all kind of calculator that calculate quotations for  real estate , interests, loan, mortgage and … etc. There were way more calculators then what I’d listed.

If anyone is interested I will try to find that site again.

There is even a question and answer search box. It allows you to type in a question and comes up with an answer. I’m going to make use of this tool.
