Well not completely one year yet but it is close. What can I say I got busy with stuff and enjoying myself. I came to check on this blog and remembered something that happened to me last year.
Last year I was always looking for new materials to learn, which was how I found mini site creator and other stuff. However, looking back I realized there was one product that I brought I felt was a total waste of time at least for me, it might be totally worthwhile for you. Anything that applies to me might not apply to you, so please don’t come back with flames if you disagree.
Anyway I found this product through a ebook about how this guy made it and how he did it. It was so compelling that I went and brought the whole full course product for $800 or was it $1000 dollar, I don’t remember. All I remember was that it cost me arms and legs to buy it. Anyone heard of The million Dollar Answer or Millions at the Kitchen Table by Jason Isakson. At first I totally brought the whole message the product was manipulating me to believe * scratch that* teaching me. If anyone want to know what he is doing, it is called viral marketing. He essentially used his own ebook which people brought at a cheap price to sell his real product for an enormous product at the end of the ebook. A lot of good marketer does this, I might even do it some day when I get off my lazy butt. Viral marekting is really a good way to sell stuff, just about it, it gets the same consumer to buy the same materials twice.
Oh right maybe I went overboard, the full course product did teach me some stuff it, just NOT worth it to buy for the amount I paid for *CRY*. I could easily learn it at a cheaper price by someone who could give me more materials, in addition to what the guy was selling. However the ebook Millions at the Kitchen Table is a total waste of time, learned nothing at all. It was just simply a good story about this guy and his road to success, a very good read if you want something enjoyable to read.
On the other hand, if I have to give him some credit his full course materials really isn’t that bad… It got a couple good ideas but you know how people basically just talk but no action? I thought that was what his full course product was doing and I wasn’t satisfy in the end. Of course I didn’t realize this until I brought something from someone else, and I realize the meaning of buying something expensive that’s really worth it for every penny it cost me. I’m not very posh but you get the idea. This is the end of my rant so maybe see you guys for another year or so.
–Ciao, Katy
